Putting Xbconnect On My Xbox?

I mean...right now, we already know that it can accept input from the controller.  All that's really needed is a window to make a window to provide a gui.

Even if there was an additional client program running on the PC feeding it information and processing it's messages, that's fine.

It patches the BIOS, not any part of any game.

When you boot the XBox the BIOS is copied into RAM.  EvolutionX then patches the BIOS.  When you reboot it's all gone again.

so much for your last post then, huh........

What do you mean?

EvolutionX patches the ROM image prior to starting the game.

that's what i mean.  i guess it was just a mistake of wording that gave me a little hope?  tongue.gif

Can i really connect to my xbox if i'm not on my network? how is this done because u need to know the WAN ip...and evoX only gives the LAN ip which is 192.168.1.xxx...meaning u have to be in that lan

Well, if we would want to be on the Xbconnect network, the best way may be to have your xbox just communicate with your PC which sends commands to xbconnect.  So, you could only be on the Lan, as long as your PC is also on the Wan.
