When I did the EEPROM process, I ran into a jam too. My Xbox did not boot. So, I put in my EvoX dash CDRW and it booted fine. I went into settings and I got all zeros for each of my drive. I thought I just really fucked up my new 120 GIG HD. So, after my testing and what not, I fixed it. What happen was there was some sort of security lock on the drive. What would happen is when I unlock the drive, it would relock automatically when it rebooted. So, I put

hddisabl.exe

on a bootable floppy and ran it. I used the new HD pass for it as well. So, all locking issues were fixed. I believe it was just that the HD was fully locked preventing from seeing the contents. Why? I have no idea. Anyone know?

So my suggestion is run EvoX off a CDRW and see what the sizes of each drive is in the settings menu. If you see all zeros, try my method.
