Could EEPromer 0.4 make the process of getting back on Xbox Live after being banned easier? I was looking at some of the features but I haven't really gotten a chance to check it out myself.

Heh, all it does is update the eeprom contents with your properly modified one.

How do you know you have a properly modified one?
