is there a way to get my hdd password off my eeprom without actually being able to do a backup in evox or even being able to boot my xbox ??

he's probably got an enigmah just like me and it won't boot with the unlocked hdd

Run

hddisabl.exe

off a bootable floppy. Sounds like the HD is in maximum security mode

Shana you can't really help people if you don't read what they are saying. The harddrive is totally unlocked. The enigmah chip is the problem.
