Even if a keygen IS released, MS has to only allow xbox's with serial/onlinekey/hddkey combos on Live that were authorized at creation time, thus making the keygen invalid. Much in the same way cd keygens for iso's don't make software that will run online if the game checks against a master key server (like blizzard or id do)

Unless they didn't record this attributes at xbox creation time, but I'm assuming they did. I would have.
