There IS NO "banning".

Your Xbox either will work with XBLive or not.

If it works it will always work as long as you turn OFF the mod chip.

If you turn on the mod chip it will merely not connect.

Turning ON the mod chip will NOT render your machine "banned".

It simply will stop working on XBLive until you turn off the mod chip.

If your Xbox passes the connectivity test, you can revert to the original bios and dashboard in any way you choose (switch, bios flash, mode 3, etc.)

And when you do this, your Xbox WILL work with XBLive.

No need to swap hard drives.

If you LOCK the drive you can throw the Matrix into MOD 3 and keep both XBoxLive working as well as Evolution-X, rips, backups, etc.

Yeah you MUST lock your drive in order to run in mode 3 and have the original MS dash boot.  If you don't you'll get a flashing red and green error.

if i FLASH my bios  i will be able to play live.. ok right
but is it working with  ALL MODCHIP?  or only with matrix? cause im not sure wich one i have
