Why would you need a switch? Xbox Live doesn't detect modchips.

Until say Monday, nobody will know for sure and are just talking out of their ass, server issue or modchip detection.  Monday because that gives Live enough time to be bashed in by a wave of people hitting the login servers, making accounts and then getting on with the games.

If by Monday people with mods still can't get in and it's not human stupidity then I'll be here bitching loudly like everybody else.

Until then it's really just bitching.
