Xbox Hard Drive Swap Trick

I don't think there are any PC apps to read the pwd as it is xbox hardware specific.  But you can get the key from a number of xbox utilities then use many PC apps to unlock/lock/disable hdd key.

put an exploit of the HD now, and when it loads up use evox to make a backup of the eeprom, then you can use LiveInfo to generate the key so you dont have to swap all the time, you can just take it out normally and unlock it in you PC
