Prometheous Site Down Again/

If this topic is against forum rules please delete it. It is, with the best of my judgment, fine.

Has anyone noticed that halodev.org is down.
And judging by the fact that there was a 403 error on the error documents makes me think that the entire server was locked down.

Anyone know any info?
