Should I Get A 360 To Play Halo 2 On Live?
« on: December 23, 2005, 11:13:00 AM »

ok all - i've read about the ghosting problems and whatever else that occurs when playing Halo 2 LIVE on a 360.

so the questions are which i can't seem to answer on my own::
- how bad is this problem??  is it happening to pretty much everyone?
- no fixes have been released yet?  but it's safe to assume they will issue a patch?

i really just have no desire to get a 360 unless i can go LIVE with Halo 2 and get the same experience i get on my original xbox

thanks for your opinions
happy holidaze

I was having problems before but now it is all fixed. The emulation software gets updated each time you launch an Xbox game.

It's 2xAA.

Also there is still the occasional burnt in like, ghosting, transparent image left of a previous stage problem.

That's why I bought a 360 smile.gif  Love the controller.

Two games have gone into my 360....PGR3 and Halo 2.

I don't think th ghosting is a problem at all.  The big issue I have is with the voice from the other players.  It seams to be a lot harder to hear other people in the game.

Just don't play 3+ players on one xbox 360 especially on backwash.  That is down right imposible.  I notice the longer I play the slower the xbox 360 gets. So I just restart and it runs fine.  Memory leak?

I can't wait till I get my 360 on Feb 15th I don't really care to play Halo2 I mean I mostly concerned for the new games for 360 comming out in March! Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter is the number one game comming out!
