the story does contain elements from the novels, but is quite inaccurate.
still a great game as it's damn fun to play.
I'm curious when they'll do an Halo 2 adaptation(halo 1.5?)

woohoo...just finished. its not a huuge game, but it was entertaining for the 30 mins while it lasted. this would be sweet on xbox or something. possibly instead of using the mouse, u move the reticle up and down with right stick (like on worms).

Do you have a router?

If so:

- Make sure you give your friend you your WAN IP, go to www.whatismyip.com/ to find that.
- Figure out what port this game uses and forward it on your router www.portforward.com/

If not:

- Make sure the program is not being blocked by your firewall.

Heh, after reading the official forum i can't find the port it uses. I'll see if I can sniff it with ethereal.

In the FAQ the admin recommends not using a router and plugging straight into the modem to play! what a joke :|

## update

I'm guessing this uses tcp port 5431 to establish the connection, that's all i could sniff out.  I'll see what happens when i play over the LAN for now...

I think this is what you'll need to open/forward
TCP 5431 (maybe?)
UDP 1210 (definetly)
