does anyone know if turbo controllers really do help people br and stuff?

no, as the br has a burst so youd get the same effect from pressing the trigger every half second as you would by pressing it 10 times a second... plus the turbo controllers dont aim for you...

the only thing that it might help is the carbine, for maximum firing rate, but the bonus is not that great. it would just ensure that you fire at maximum all the time

the only thing turbo controllers help with is the plasma pistol in the first halo and even then it starts to charge up some of the time and it runs out of ammo realy quick

I got a better idea! Why not just use your fingers like your meant to? Auto-Fire buttons and shit are just lame  <_<

turbo wouldn't help.

I do have an extra jump button on the back of the controller tho and after about 20 minutes of playing I can't live without it.

I know what you talking about , I never play halo 2 without my extra button A and B, I made my first controller before halo 2 exit and now my last version is amazing True xbox contoller button .. so comfortable.

Very nice!!  I like how you used the actual button's for the button's!  I never thought of that.  I use very tiny buttons, they are less than 1/8" in diameter and less than that mounted above the controller.  I have no pics right now, but they are nice.  They are the same button's as jermeydammit uses in his highJacker controllers.

And you are right, I CANNOT play without them well at all.  I have completey lost the instict of hitting the B button.  And being able to keep you thumb on the thumbstick while you are smacking somebody is a huge plus.

The contollers nice but as for the topic I get the timing right and still people fire faster might be the fact im English and it takes longer for us to react due to Bungie's servers being american but hey I dont know

ummmm, bungie doesnt have dedicated severs. If the american person gets host, you might have trouble killing people. But if you get host, you can fire a lot faster and 4 shot people a lot more.

My apologies I ment that its just that I never ever seem to get host dont know whyI hate Team Shotguns I obviously fire first its very frustrating thats why I like Rainbow Six 3 I can host all the servers I play in

exactly. if bungie doesnt get their own dedicated servers for halo3, eff that ill play something else.
