DECEMBER 23 2006!!! well thats the projected date add like 20 years when ahll the damn delays come in...  I just wanted to know what people's fantasys are...
 
some of mine are...

-> I think the multyplayer layout of 3 shuld be like Tribes... meanig that there are multiple Str's and weak's  like... you can play as a Brute... or an Elite... one being harder to ill Vs. more agile... stuff like that

Another is GET SME GOD DAMN BOTS BUNGIE!!!  like Perfect dark or Unreal Tournament thats what i want...

I'm personally fed up with Halo 2 all together...I had it 2weeks before it came out, got XboxLive, and..I dont know, they stressed the team thing a bit too much, somehow i got more pleasure out of owning 6 noobs w/ pistol...
I just want Halo 3 to have a decent ending for campaign, and multi to not be..sucky smile.gif

I'm not quite fed up with the game, but I agree with you. And personally, I think the "tribe" ideas suck. No offense...

And about bots...yes, that would be awesome, but how would they get the AI to work over the internet, or LAN? If they did have it, it would probably only work on split-screen.

There is no need for bots.  Don't be stingy and buy Live.  Much better than any bot.  If you just need aim practice use campaign.

No problem about the tribe idea sucking... it was just an idea... but i cant get live... thats why i want bots, Modded x-boxes cant go on live and even if i could my dad would be a total dick about it and not use it i have the money but you need like a credit card

ya i dont care if i get banned for this one( i can change my ip addy anyway so what the fuck do i care).Ill admit as the second guy did i downloaded the game before it came out.i also did buy the game when it came out and know the fact that i am banned from live for having a modchip on my box is just fuckin stupid.the day i got banned i opened up my year subscription(how i got banned is a long story i wont get into it and no i dont fuckin cheat),and know i feel as if i should have never bought this game. i dont give a shit if its piracy or not i have no need for the disc know for me being not able to go on live.

I personally think the reason this game is doing so well is everything out there at the current moment is shit,and this is the only decent half peice of shit game there is at the current moment

with those tunnel services yes there free but you better be playing a game that nobody has discovered cheats for other wise its not gonna be fun.And thats the whole reason for having live the fact that its cheat-free thats the ability u pay 50 dollars for,cuz anybody can play online for free using the tunnels. And having 3 xboxes i aint buying another one,fuc them if anything i wanna make there company lose money not give them more,i will fuc them up physically or finiancely one way or another ther gonna hurt

yea, don't think Bungie is going to mind one person not buying their game......

I don't think they will ever put bots into Halo.  First one was missing them cuz they would have to take them out of Halo 2, Halo 2 didn't put them in because they want you to have to buy Live in order to play mutiplayer by your self, and they will most likley do the same for 3.

*you talk of live being cheat free and the tunnels being heavily cheated but you complain about being banned for having a modchip... if modded boxes could easily go on live, it would be even more infested with cheaters than the tunnels...

skate i know your a very intelligent person(unlike alot on this board).And its not like i think live shouldnt do that i mean i dont see the problem with playing a game that has no cheats on when infact i do actually own it. Im sure ms can make a simple punk buster app they just dont want too.And yet i agree agian with you,People will do fucking anything for a good ranking and by all means many cheat.so many dumb kids use that modem glitch, i mean for me to be banned i would have liked someone saying who he cheated in this game,i never had any negitive or cheating feedback

Im not going to comment on anyones negative view on H2 becuase this horse is really starting to stink bad. I admit it took a span of time to grow on me but once it did I LOVE ME SOME H2 ON XBL. I have met a rocksolid group of players who are of a decent age and attitude (usually) and then we can very easily party up and go destroy other peoples custom games or destroy kids in matchmaking.

Pretty simple to me. If I dont like it I wont play it. Theres plenty other great games to consume time.


:::EDIT:: Bots? Bad Idea. Show me a single game that has decent bots for CTF or anything besides slayer. Wont Happen, Even the best slayer bots can be figured out over time.

Way to go Ironestmaiden! beerchug.gif But its true that xbox is missing a lot of good games for exemple just to get people to actually bye an xbox they had to get themselves Hits from ps2 like Onimusha, Metal Gear Solid 2, Vice city and GTA3!
But in fact Halo 3 will probably in fact be a big dissapointment...but will still be a good game...for example, Matrix revolution was probably one of the most anticipated title...I watched it...and when I came out of the cinema I was actually dissapointed of the ending! All I know about the story of Halo 3 is that they ll have to stop Halo defense system from firing and that the religious leader of the covenant is on earth and Master chief is going there to! (And Halo defense system is the anwser to why dinosaurs disapered lol tongue.gif )
