i find this cool but odd........i work at a game store and we don't even get teh games untill release date.  the litterally show up on UPS the same morning of release right before we open.

If that is so how do these stores sell the game at midnight?  They would have to have the game at least one day early.

Also it is very easy to get a DVD cover pic of halo 2 then print about 30 copies and slide them into old xbox cases.  

I did also notice that th e boxes apear to be wraped and unopend.

But the box they are in and the picture of the floor and wall around the pictue looks like a house nd not a store.

A very good try but a fake picture.

Wow, you must have incredible eyesight to tell that the pictures are from a house, not a store..  ohmy.gif

Anyways, I myself believe, eh 90%, that the pictures are real. For example, they appear to have the "DO NOT SELL BEFORE NOVEMBER 9" orange stickers on top of the DVD case. Makes sense to me..

The pics on the back of the boxes are all pics that have been released to the public.  Seems odd that there isn't something different on there, but I could give a crap if they are real or not.  What's it matter?

Most stores should be getting their copies of Halo2 earlier than most games.

I work as an Assistant Store Manager for Blockbuster Canada, and we recieved a memo stating that if we did not recieve our shipment of Halo2 reg and limited by noon on the 4th to call Head Office immediatly...

So if Blockbuster is getting it on the 4th, you can bet your ass that alot of places are recieving it before then.

Any chance of seeing better pictures of the limited edition one?
Edit: something doesn't seem right, the limited edition (silver one) has the whole xbox live tab at the top on one picture, but only a little bit of it on a different pic...

I think that is just the lighting on the top pic.

But, I thought the Halo 2 SE DVD was in a metal case? In the pic, it seems like it is the standard plastic DVD case

Yes, they are ment to be in metal boxes and don't look like they are.
Also look at pic 2 and 4, pic 4 definately shows the whole 'xbox live bar' where as pic 2 definately doesn't!

Is the Forza Motorsport demo included ????

On the back cover,  it's real blurry,  but down the bottom under the game specs box it looks like the Forza motif is there .... or is it my wishful thinking ???

i doubt somebody would go to the trouble to make these boxes/cases.  the cases look like theyve been correctly shrinkwrapped and the case for the LE version seems to be correct.

I definately agree, I'm sure this is real, however I thought the LE were coming in metal boxes  sad.gif
