That's gay.  I heard about this on HBO about almost two months ago, and it was supposedly going to ship with any preorders of Halo 2 LE, but apparently they got greedy.  Unless they plan on surprising us...  dry.gif

i toook my old socom headset(the one from socom 1) and tape the speaker and mic part of the mbl headet to the socom headset.  cool.gif  i hate the officialy xbl headset, its so unconfortable

Can you use one of the jabra cellphone headsets? Those are comfy.

Or has MS once again screwed you for your money with some custom designed audio interface?

you can use a cell phone headset buttttt you got to make it fit in the plug . but dont do it... it sucks big time since the fact that it makes it so people can hear everything.  I know a few people who have used it and u can always hear them breathing and stuff going on in the background its so annoying.  Somehow the ms mic dosnt do that. Im guessing its just less sesitive and only takes in noise that is close by.
