Crystal Xbox Noisy

Just had two of the New Crystal XBox's both had to go back caz of Noise problems. A loud high pitched sound thats gets really bad when the disk is loading data.

Does anyone know which is the best XBox to get. I got a Black version again but even this isn't as quiet as one I had that was 6months old.

What model number / Serial No. Crystal or Black should I look for?
