I have managed to cut it down to an 18 meg group of files and that is all that is need to run. I am going to try to run it again now and make sure. I will be back with my results.

it does not make much sense to me but I will make a How-To Guide to explain my reasoning. I am trying to rewrite some files within the game to make it so it does not need the files. It is hard to explain but I did manage to get it working.

Alright, I copied all the games from the ART folder and now the menus load, but an actual game hangs on the loading screen. Anyone else?

when i play nfl fever from the dvd rom, then quit the game go back to the dash, ftp over and look into the x partition i only get the folder dvd with abunch of filers in it, thats it.

no art folder or anything

maybe apply the normal media patches, or use a bios does does it on the fly

i just released the fix on irc, and so far np's yet. it plays fine right off te harddrive.
