You have to bridge the top D0 trace to the bottom one for the box to work again correctly

Upper d0 (where I lifted the trace to it)

The bottom d0 (where I just destroyed the actual bit with the solder, the traces are fine)

I'll probably try to fix it tomorrow once my new 0.12mm soldering iron tip arrives. I was thinking of soldering a wire to the trace going to the upper d0 then then soldering that to the point on the underside of the board where the upper d0 contact is on the top, as I think the lower d0 goes to it. That, I think, would solve the problem of the lifted trace and destroyed upper d0 point. Then I'd just simply bridge the gap between the both sides of the lower d0 and then solder my chip's d0 wire to where I'd solder a wire to the trace to the upper d0.
Sorry if this doesn't make too much sense, but it's the best I can think of and I want to ask you guys if it'd work lest I completely destroy my mobo forever (and end up losing access to my hdd sad.gif)

laugh.gif but I haven't touched anything except the two d0's and the lpc holes, so I don't see how I could've broken anything else.

EDIT: but I do see some wayward solder. I don't know how that could have got there.
How much do you think it'd cost to repair this mess?

you can fix d0 in the way you have on your pictures but the it`s also fixable to just solder (what is left) of the top d0 line directly to the onboard tsop bios chip on the topside of the board. 20 quid + postage and i will do it for you bud.

i am up the north notheast part of england
