Yes you can launch games through Evox.  In fact evox has everything you need to put a backup on the HD without even using FlashFXP.  It's nice do some research but it's in the tools section.  px HDD Loader is good and XBCopy is good too!

I believe there is a patch needed for BMX XXX for HD install. Sure Ive seen one somewhere

Righto, I'll have a look for that patch, thanks.

As for the DVD I ripped, is there only 681mb of data on the disk? Most other games I've ripped from DVD's have had at least 1.5gig.

Is it relatively small data wise, or is treachery afoot?
