FF8. Definately.
Prefered 8 to 7 simply because I never got through 7 - one disk got scratched up..

I'm with you on that one. Honestly FF8 is what got me into the series and as of yet, no other FF title has quite recaptured that. The story just kicks ass, everything you do in there gives you a "the world weighs on my shoulders" feeling. FFIX IMHO was the biggest disappointment in history, poor story, gameplay, ect. Anyways, I thought they were remaking 7, or was I thinking of 7:AC.

Id have to say FF7, FF6 and FF Tactics, all for PS3 remade would be amazing. i actually wish FFX had been longer and in High Def, cause that one was my fav

I would rather have Square Enix make a different game other than Final Fantasy, let alone re-making the game.

BUT, if there was a Final Fantasy game that had to be redone, i would pick the original ones that came out for the NES

Square-enix makes loads of other games that are amazing that arnt final fantasys, but if they where to remake a final fantasy it would be 7 because the majority of people would want that, personaly i wouldn't mind it being remade but my favorite FF is 10 which already has decent graphics

I honestly only ever REALLY played FF7 (and 9, horrible OMHO), but I would LOVE

to see a remake of it. LOVe.

It was simply... an AMAZING game. I rank it in the top 5, at least, maybe top 3 or 4.
