There are tons of of open net cams out on the Internet. I have a feeling that some people may not know there net cam is unprotected or even accessible to the Internet. Google (and other search engines) find and index them. You just have to know how to search for them. If you don't want the world watching you, make sure your network camera is not facing the public.

Find net cams with the following searches:
inurl:"ViewerFrame?Mode="
intitle:"WJ-NT104 Main Page"
inurl:netw_tcp.shtml
intitle:"supervisioncam protocol"

some of these cams are like in some far off country. becuase its night time here but its day time there, so im thinking its in really sleepy town in europe or somewhere in japan. im not sure.
