127% Weapon Problems

OK, I've been trying to make the iweapons you see online that do like 3000 damage and have 127%.

I have been following this guide: http://homepages.gold.ac.uk/hangxu/index1.html

And well everything goes well but the wepons only do slightly more damage then a 100% weapon.

How can I make it do the extra 2000ish damage?

look im not sure that theyre better hackers or doing something different you have to account for other things to.  Like what weapon your doing it to, who the char is using it, and finally i need the damn file for Universal Item Creation of w/e because i cant find it anywhere so could you hook a brother up   AIM=Cky4102

Look at where the % is. It will do major damage on that
type of animal. Everything else will be normal (unless you
did 127% on everything).

To do 3000 damage on native you have to stack 3 127% on native
