Spell Remove Spell And Sonic Heroes

Can you guys please explain to me how you do sonic heroes, and spell remove. The turtorial doesnt tell us which file do we edit and my hex editor has 17 columns of 2 not 6 columns of 4. Please help i am confused.

Okay i figuared out how to make npc characters, but i cant get them to stay. i have to do quest and quit it to get it. Also can someone teach me out you remove spell block?

you have to save. by spell block i assume you mean a character with all spells. i cant remember which npc it is but one of them will correct information and allow you in games. i think donoph or something. also i believe if you use my invisible character file youl have every spell. its been so long i cant remember
