Rename S-ranks

I need a tutorial for renaming s-ranks that doesn't involve completing C-mode. In other words I need to figure out how to mod an s-rank weapon to change it's name. Please I've been wanting to have a custom s-rank weapon for almost all of the time I've been playing PSO.
