Item "?"

I just tried to spawn an item out of a box and it came up as "????" with an X so i cant use it, how can i use the weapon or have i done something wrong?

recheck the item digits make sure you have entered  them correctly

You can not use the item "????"
The weapons you can equip with the god equip but the item has no effect.
