Ok here's what you have to do.

Download this file, Unzip it.

Then FTP it over to your memory hard, or transfer it with the Action reply.
Your choice

Then load PSO up, and chose 2 player offline mode.
select your character as player one, and for player 2 chose to make a temp character and load him off of your memory card.
DO NOT load the save from your xbox, It won't work.

When the game starts drop all the items and pick them up with your character.
Simple.
Hopefully it should load just fine.

Save contains:

1 Power material
1 Def material
1 Dreamcast mag with 325 on pow,def,dex and mind
1 Zosy Scythe+99 (s-rank)
1 Hunter wall

Please make sure you are a UK PAL user, as the save probably won't work.
Please let me know if it works ASAP.
