i cant get the color thing down. i can only create red colored mags. It allows your to create any item in the game

lmao, UniversalIteCreate is a site made by some chinese guy who tell you how to make items by hacking a quest called "unsealed door", which makes doctor montague give you the item u hexed in the quest21_e.bin file instead of a useless enemy part weapon.

Look on yahoo, that how i found it.
Type in

UniversalItemCreate or PSO UniversalItemCreate

I have done all this stuff, it gets boring once you have done it all.
