Do I Need To Delete "dashupdate.xbe, Update.xbe"?

hey, i was wondering if i should delete the xbe files entitled "dashupdate.xbe", "update.xbe" in the PSO main folder before trying the game out. i do have xbox live and do not want to get banned. this is a backup of the game.

Thanks.

P.S. by deleting these will the game be affected in any way?

As we told you in your other topic, this game will not connect to Live without you selecting "ONLINE GAME" in the main menu. So, you can delete those and it will have no effect on the game. You can keep them, and again, they will have no effect on the game.
