Even if the gears would work this is a real shitty mod man.

Set the top gear back down to 6, and set on manual gears.

Whats your idea about higher rev limit then the max revs, and not synced with the sound?! And why do u have turboinertia so high? There is no point of that!

If you want a good tuned car you better sit down and try out one thing at the time.
Start by either increasing or decreasing one thing much, so you'll see the god damn effect if has on the car!

The gears look normal, that final gear ratio is kinda high. And even with that power and the right gearing you still have to turn the vibration scale down, more grip, minimal air resistance, and you also forgot to turn up the boost rpm and do what DOS4GW said.

The ratio is standard RAM. Stiwch from automatic to manual.
