one would think M$ would sell a booster disc or somthing for like 25 bucks and make some bank off those without live...like me
i got the extra cars from the last release...but damn it i want the tracks too!!

It's on an OXM disc, it's Xbox live only. I agree MS should make discs you could buy with these add-ons too, but I think their worry is you'd see massive piracy of those as well.

the piracy would only involve those whom have downlaoded the game. which is a small fraction of the total xbox piracy.

its a smart move financially as it gets people to subscribe to live.
but live isnt THAT great and there arent that many games worth playing online.
and the first guy that says halo ill poop on you.

anyways.

the first and now this second pack will show up.

not to mention the fact that simply dumping them into your hard drive game folders in the appropriate folders may work,, and it may not work,,
then simply altering the game ini to reflect that these are now single player cars and maps. and setting those acrs and maps to the appropriate game modes.

So how come we can edit these downloadable cars since the .ini (i think ) is on the hdd??

if someone has the paris pack i can upload it to my web space and people can grab it, same for the new pack.
depending on how large they are.
i dont even know how big it is.. or the paris one.

or if not that i would be happy to share it if someone were to get me a copy

ok i got the paris pack,, the original one i think.

but the paris tracks arent available on single player.

cars are cool F150 lighting,,, ferarri dino... old camaro and firbird....

and lots more.
unless this is the new pack
