At one time there was a tut here on hex editing the morrowind.xbe to skip the intro screens. I can't find it anymore. I found another way to skip these screens. Open up your morrowind directory, navigate to morrowind/data files/video folder. Not the one that ends up on x, y, or z partition. Delete "bethesda logo.bik" and "mw_logo.bik". Open a blank notepad and save it as "bethesda logo.bik" and "mw_logo.bik". Put the new files into the video folder and have fun.
