Yes you can.  The application was made primarily for PC but because of file similarities, it is usable for the Xbox as well.

Hey thanks I am very greatfull.  But I have one more question, do you have to use the xboxsaving 005 tool to resighn the save?  If so can you send me a new link to it, cause the one that Roofus posted in not working.
