I got it off of frezzno's site, and I was hoping either he or someone on this board could help me get it up and running. Now, I know how to transfer, and test files, and I've explored the whole private mobile base, but for some reason I cannot upgrade (the actual base).
It seems it is stuck on version 1 of the mod. I can reach the storage room, the lounge, and move the beastly structure to 4 main cities. Yet in the description, it talks about so much more. I see the room that leads to this extra content, but it will not open, and I can't buy the key off of the main NPC.
I've downloaded many house mods, and this mod is the only one I'm satisfied with. All of the others are either too big, or just wierd. This one moves, is very spacious, and just looks wicked from the outside. Really, all I want is a new place in Gnaar Mok, and after not finding many house mods for that area, I found this, and saw that you could float the thing and hover it above your city or town. That just sounds awesome.
