Alot of people don't download the mods for Argonians that allow them to breathe underwater permanantly because theres a quest that requires you to drown yourself underwater, and since you can't drown as an argonian, you're screwed, right? wrong.

The answer is very simple. When your in the Puzzle Canal trying to drown, the game detects when your health drops to a certain point, it dosent care if its by drowning, or by, say, a magic spell.

All you have to do is make some kind of spell that damages your health, I used 'Fire Damage 5 Points on Self' and kept casting it till I 'drowned' but I suppose any other health damaging effects would work also, exept poison of course, as argonians are immune.
