Try and create that folder yourself then put the mods there.

Usually when you play it once, it will put files there.

Yeah, I'll check it out later tonight, I'm playing 360 right now.

I've played the game a million times before, but not recently, so maybe it erases itself after a while. It would be kind of hard for me to put the files there when I don't have them lol.
