I Dl'ed The Bottle Mod From Johhny Evil

The bottle itslef works completely. It's awesome. But if I do a crime and guards chase me a dialogue appears instead of having a choice to pay the fine so they all attack me as soon as i close it!! If it helps, I bured the game on the HD and it's running from the game files itself (not cache files) but I have the same problem even when i am using the cache files (tested it out).  Please help me.

No way around it bud. There's no real reason for this, other than the xbox doesn't like some mods as much. The only thing to do is to join the thieves guild. You don't have to actaully do missions, but you'll at least be able to get the bounties off your head.

a bonus to this is that you can kill them legally and take their armor, and using a gold mod for creeper or other merchants, hawk their indoril armor and ebony maces for like 20k.

He is saying you can kill the gaurds and you wont get a bountry. Then sell their armor to creeper (If you have the creeper mod he has 500k).

That would work, but I am trying to play through the game with a normal character not beefed up (but enjoying the benefits of mods such as the creeper mods, blue glass mods, etc)

So my guy isn't strong enough to take on guards yet
