Well, I've tryied the visual pack first and there wasn't any differences. After that I installed better bodies and not a single file got overwritten... I really don't know what I'm doing wrong...

why did you install the esp's for tribunal and bloodmoon?  You only have a morrowind.esm, so they are pointing at esm files you don't have (tribunal.esm, and bloodmoon.esm)

I left those in there, cleaned the dependencies of course, because all they do is add some stuff to Mournhold and Solsteim. As it says at the bottom of the README, however, they should be removed FIRST if your having issues. So try that and let us know how it worked for you.
