A Little Help Needed

If you are creating simple mods then just use small texture files and use esp's. They should work pretty good with the xbox version. But i never use that stuff i would just use the TESCS and then just save it to xbox hdd and run it from there. But the #1 thing to do is try stuff out and test it. Its the best way to learn.

The CD you have is just the extracted data files used by the default installation of the game. The actual Construction Set application is installed from the main Morrowind game CD, and it generally requires that the whole game be installed as well. If you plan on making plug-ins for the GOTY edition of the Xbox Morrowind game, you should go ahead and install Tribunal and Bloodmoon as well so you can have all the objects and areas available.
