I have the better bodies and better heads on the box atm in the correct folders (as well as ambient sounds and complete morrowind, tho im not sure if these work at all.) I have converted the esp int esm, and transfered those too, i have renamed the whole lot so that it doesnt fuck up, i also tryed everything twice. Whats wrong here?

what do you mean hack the morrowind.xbe? i didnt do  any of that just loaded it through ftp n all my mods work.....

i no how to convert esp's to esm's i DL'd the mod A good place to stay(with textures and models) extracted it converted the esp... well esp's(2 of them) then replaced the esp's with esm's and ftp'd to my xbox and transfered to the x folder<Data Folder.
Loaded a previous save works perfectly with basically every mod i tried... 2/10 it doesnt work...
