i was woundering how i could make a new head for my guy and install it? like change how his face looks and the shape

You need to do this on your computer using the TESCS. You are getting into 3D texturing and that takes a while to learn how to do properly
But you still need to start somewhere

Here is what you need to do:
1. Get the TESCS and Install it on your computer
2. Start doing the textures
3. Create a face and save it
4. Take the .esp and use this guide:

to convert the mod you made to work on the x-box

and also does the .esp to .esm or vice versa always work?

I picked up the morrowind goty edition for pc including construction set from ebgames.com for 25.00$ not bad

eh when or if i get morrowind for the PC i will try it... just to let you know i have a free 3d program that should work fine... and i have photoshop becuase i make a lot of web graphics such as websites and signatures... so i have alot of expirence in ps. as for like hex editing and stuff.... i dont know anything except i wasl able to successfully make a pistol shoot a warthog or a plasma rifle shoot rockets through hex editing... but i did use tutorials(Halo PC)
