Its really pretty easy to change them all you have to do is take your screenshots, resize them to be the same size as the original ones on the xbox, rename it to replace one of the already existing files and save it as a .dds file. You can do all that with photoshop.

could we make our own not a screen shot? also is there a way to change the load to something moving and not a bar because it takes a while to load and it freezes some times it would be easier to tell if it freezed are not if it was like a ball moving back and forth...

also what size does it have to be?

I like the picture. Looks pretty sharp. The backgrounds don't work throught the cache. The installation instructions are in the readme. Make sure you change that .jpg to a .dds.
