It doesn't matter what mods he has installed thsi willnnot affect his dialod option on this...Unless you just wanted to know what mods he installed for a reason or just because.

You must remember that the Duites Option doesn't show up automatically.
You will always have to select a subject in his Topic list beforwe the duties option shows up.

Either that or try walking out the door.

Because the game won't let you leave if you don;t talk to him about duties.
You always will get and on screen prompt aboiut his if you try to leave without tlaking to him.

If that doesn't trigger it, then there is something wrong
