A couple mods i got to work that others reported as failed: Fishing Academy and Suran Underworld. The main problem with these is that they are large mods (try to trim down save file sizes, by using the enchanted editor as described in this forum).

Hmmm you needed to use the editor..I didn't and both of those work fine on my system..really strange.
The Suran Underworld Mod has really bad lag but it still worked fine for me.

But then again, whenever I use a mod I use them one at a time...So that may make the difference..

As for the Sixth House...That one is on my to test list.
But the dialog problems this is my input.
Most of the time it seems if you have already unlocked (Talked to) people's dialoge, then the game has already recognized that it happened and shouldn't cause a problem. But if you haven't talked to that person yet, and you have amod that effect a certain person or people (All around Morrowind) then the game is trying to read 2 things at the exact same time (One is programmed and the other is added in) so now the game doesn't know what to do..thus causing problems.

Other than that, I can't help you.

Yeah I did mis-understand you. I thought you may have been having a problem with the dialoge. Sorry about that

No problem. Just let me know how the your test goes. I'll try converting it to an esm (i've always left them as an esp) and see how that goes....

You're half right. Place the meshes, icons, etc in their respective folders. As for the esp/esm, some updates/tweaks are neccesssary. Get tesdtk, and open the esp. Remove  all dependencies except morrowind.esm. Then update its version to morrowind's esm (retrieved from the data directory). There is a much clearer guide here: http://forums.xbox-s...howtopic=369851

Anyway, so just to be clear, I would need to ftp the .esm file and not the .esp file, right? All of grifter's mods are in .esp format that's why I thought he didn't have to go through the esm/esp process.

Thanks a lot!

No that's not what I did.
It just occured to me what the problem you're having may be.
I'll PM you with the info

The hex edit prevents you from having to place the mods in the cache folder, you can just put them in the data directory (D, E, or F).

Well, there are only a couple things I would change from that method.
Follow it as usual, up to step 5. After step 5, remove any extra dependencies. Some mods have Morrowind.esm, Bloodmoon.esm, or Tribunal.esm listed in the file dependency list. If so: click the box next to the Bloodmoon.esm and Tribunal.esm listings, and then press the minus button to remove the dependencies. This prevents the mod from searching for those master files to run. Since the Morrowind.esm from the GOTY edition has the blooodmoon.esm and tribunal.esm integrated, the mods will still run even if they need files from those expansions. After removing those dependencies, skip over step 6, the conversion to .esp in unneccessary. Close TESDTK, find your mod, rename it to a clean/short file name (remove extra spaces and especially extra periods) and then ftp it to the hdd as usual. HTH
