How do you get this type of ability?  You only start out able to find fortify attribute. To get fortify SKILL, like for Enchant, Acrobatics, etc...  Do you have to join morag tong or do a quest or something? <

You don't get quote an actual fortify skill spell
You buy any fortify skill (I.E. Security, Axe) you only need to buy one and then you have access to all of them

There are 2 ways you can get a fortify spell:

1. Complete Bloodmoon and then someone in the Skal Village winds up being able to sell the spell.

2. This can be done when ever...You can purchase it from someone in Mournhold (The person who has the spells are inside the same area you arrive in)

I can't remember who has them exactly or the exact place but I have given you the best info that I can

Hey thanks, grif.  I read something about finding one in the mournhold temple, but you can only get in the courtyard and the main entrance at first.  I'll continue searching all of mournhold till I find it.

Oh yeah, I figured that about the spells, since that's the same way fortify attribute works.  What I mean is that I bet it's listed in spell creation menu as 'fortify skill', the same way as 'fortify attribute' pops up when you get one that can fortify an attribute.

No need to search all of Mournhold I loaded my game and wrote this while standing in the exact place so you don't have to search.


Ok here is the exact location of the speels and the exact person who has them:
In mournhold:

Cut through the throne room an into the: Imperial Cult Services
and
Buy them from a person named: Laurina Maria (She is wearing a Green Robe)

You may want to note that the fortify skill spells are almost the same names as the Sanguine Items:
Masterful Golden Wisdom
Masterful Unseen Wisdom
Masterful Green Wisdom
Masterful Fluid Evasion

And again you can just buy these spells right off the bat. you don't need any special anything or belong to anything, or do any type of task

  I think a lot of people have.  It's addictive.  The way to fight that is to go running, or take a few pals out for a night on the town.

That's OK neither do I.

I didn't bother checking what it was. I just wrote it down as I say it. Just highlight it and then press Y for info. It will tell you exactly what it is <
