i know this has been asked alot but could some one tell me what tools you new to mod morrowind and where to get them also where to get the mods.

i have experiance with moding GTA:VC on xbox but this seems alot different

It wont matter even if you get any of these tools anyhow
All the instructions for this are useless and tell you nothing
I have gone though 45 different mods using the instructions found here on this site and not one of the mods i got a hold of worked.
