Pc Mods Without .esp Files?

I have some texture mods without esps.  I want to know if there is any way whatsoever to get these working...

I mean any way whatsoever to get these mods working... Is there a way to Replace the Original Textures, OR create a .esp file for the textures, OR Make the textures load from cache without an esp file, OR any other way whatsoever to get these textures to start loading in place of the originals?
