Morrowind Mods: Tesxmc Errorig Out

I've been trying to get mods on morrowind to work, but i get stuck at this one step:
TESXMC gives me the following error
C:\try\data files\Meshes\bb\bb_skinm_we.nif
*** ERROR 16: The texture file Textures\bb\bb_skinm_we.dds does NOT exist!!!

Any ideas?

hmm, ok, i guess i need to keep trying

next question though, TES Construction Set crashed when i try load the Morrowind.esp and Better Bodies.esp
Any ideas on this one?

No... It did not worked. Not even if I copyed. (Both directories has same files).

from what i understand TESXMC simply edits the NIF and the texture file
what exactly does it do to it? I'd like to try to do that by hand in a hex editor and see if that does the trick
