Kotor Tool Not Working...please Help An Idiot.

I downloaded the Kotor tool that is in the pinned topics as the last one that works for xboxs.  I also downloaded the Net Framework 1.1, and a Bioware GFF thing.  But when I try to access Kotor tool it tells me "No installation of Kotor I or II dectected most programs won't work.  I transfered the entire game from my Xbox to my PC and it still can't find it.  Can somebody please walk me through it like a "SPECIAL" person... PLEASE!!!

Nevermind,  It took me 4 days to figure it out, but I got it working.  I had to  un-install EVERYTHING that has to to do with Kotor, and re-install everything again with Kotor Tool being the very last.  Thanks Anyway.
