[Estrif]

Okay, so far what I've gathered is that you must have Kotor 2 on your HD to mod it, what I was wondering, is are there any modding programs other than savegame editors that would allow me to edit things such as

-Making my start AFTER the paragus stuff
-Giving me all feats/skills
-Editing which Items I posses

Or can I only do this in a savegame editor? If so, could you point me where to get these programs? Thanks.
