Gamecube Cover Open Spring
« on: December 26, 2004, 06:07:00 PM »

My "open" button on the gamecube has been getting stuck recently. Open is the one that open the fliptop cover. I need a replacement spring, something tighter. Where should I start looking for something like this? Anyone?

It's a spring with two hooks.Maybe I should take a pic.
Where would the best place to post this question to see about an answer.

I have the exact same problem - must be a designer fluke (take that Nintendo  :P )

It torks me, but now I know all you guys are having the same problem, I feel better. However, I would still like that spring. A new tighter spring would fix it.
